What is the Blackout Sleep Mask made of?

The mask is made from 100% Grade 6A Mulberry Silk at 22 momme weight. Grade 6A is the highest classification for Mulberry silk, meaning the fibers are the most uniform, durable, and smooth. 22 momme is the industry standard for structural integrity — heavy enough to block light, light enough to breathe.

What does "momme" mean?

Momme (pronounced "mummy") is the unit used to measure silk density and weight. Higher momme = thicker, more durable silk. Most cheap silk products use 16-19 momme. Our masks use 22 momme, which is the sweet spot for durability and comfort.

Does it fully block out light?
