Thanks for choosing The Silk Club. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Where we ship

  • United States: All 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO.

  • International: We ship to most countries. If your destination isn’t available at checkout, email us and we’ll try to help.

Processing times

  • In-stock orders: 1–2 business days to process (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).

  • Cutoff: Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET start processing the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

U.S. shipping options & rates

  • Standard (3–6 business days): $5.95Free on promotional periods

  • Expedited (2 business days): $14.95

  • Overnight (1 business day): $29.95

Carriers: USPS, UPS, or similar services at our discretion based on speed and reliability.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO/DPO: Shipped via USPS. Delivery windows may be longer.

Pre-orders & backorders

  • The product page will show an estimated ship window. We’ll email updates if timelines change.

  • Your payment method may be authorized or charged at checkout depending on your provider.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately at no extra cost.

Address changes & order edits

  • We can update or cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement. After that, changes aren’t guaranteed.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship for the actual postage cost.

Tracking your order

  • Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. It can take 24–48 hours for scans to appear.

  • If tracking stalls for 10 business days (U.S.) or 21 business days (international), contact us and we’ll investigate.

Delivery issues

  • Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

  • Marked “Delivered” but not received: Please check with household members, neighbors, your building/office, and the carrier. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us. We’ll help file a claim with the carrier. While we can’t assume liability for theft after delivery, we’ll do our best to support you.

  • Lost in transit: If the carrier confirms loss, we’ll replace or refund the item(s).

Signature confirmation

  • For higher-value orders, we may add signature on delivery at no extra cost. If you prefer signature for any order, email us before shipping.

Holiday & peak periods

  • During major holidays or promotional periods, processing and transit times may be slightly longer. We’ll communicate any material delays.

Sustainability

  • We aim to minimize waste with responsibly chosen packaging materials. Please recycle where possible.
